Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange your unworn/unused purchase if returned by mail within 14 days of your original receipt. Returned shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please email us to request an exchange/ store credit and state the issue, prior to returning the purchased item.

In the event of special offers, no price adjustments will be issued for previously purchased merchandise.

EMK will replace a damaged or broken item for up to a month from the date you receive it.

We are also happy to repair your item for you, you just have to provide your original purchase receipt.
